For a moment you will be happy thinking you have got the right solution on optimizing your website.

This therefore, is a scam and you should be careful to avoid it. What the trader would do is that they will plug your URL to some program that is automated submitting to a huge number of search engines. It is somewhat like the bulk mail so despised on the web. The bad news is that most search engines including the top ranked ones exclude automated submissions from their search pages. The process therefore do not promote your website, rather they work against your interest.
